Before PLANERGY

Selux Diagnostics managed procurement through an informal and unstructured system. Team members made purchases using credit cards, with no central platform to track orders or approvals. Requests were sent via email, and purchase history was scattered across inboxes and spreadsheets. 
“We bought whatever we needed on credit cards. It was chaotic, and there was no centralized documentation,” recalled Ben Spears, Lead Chemist.
